Job Title : Process Consultant
Location : Mountlake Terrace, WA (Hybrid)
Type : Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Must have experience in Process Discovery and Process Mapping aligned to objectives such as Process Automation for transformation and to achieve process efficiency
- Has experience conducting interviews and workshops with various stakeholders such as Process Owners Process Analysts to understand current process workflow process gaps and underlying applications systems
- Should be able to develop process data such as volumetrics SLAs KPIs like TAT AHT Cost per Transaction etc
- Establish current state process maps and identify areas for automation and process improvement
- Create RACI mapped to KPIs and develop SIPOC
- Establish ToBe Process and develop Target State Process Maps
- Develop High Level Implementation Roadmap for identified automation opportunities and process improvements
- Must have 6-8 years experience in Process Consulting Process Discovery
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process mapping and documentation
- Proven experience in Intelligent Automation and Contact Center Ops is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
