Lead Salesforce Developer

Hybrid in Dallas, Tx (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote )
Job Description :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approvals, and integrations.
- Define and document Salesforce architecture, including data models, integration flows, and security models.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Guide development teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay current on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of Salesforce products and technologies.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices and security standards
