Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Robotics & AI/ML)
Location: Sunnyvale CA or Seattle WA (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract


Job Description:


We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with expertise in Robotics and AI/ML software development to lead innovative programs in a product-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large programs, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. You will drive strategic initiatives, tackle complex challenges, and ensure projects are delivered successfully while thriving in a dynamic and entrepreneurial atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead medium-to-large technical programs in Robotics and AI/ML software development.
  • Develop end-to-end integrated plans for complex projects and ensure successful, timely delivery.
  • Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to align program objectives with organizational goals.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make trade-offs, and address technical and business constraints.
  • Drive strategic initiatives while providing hands-on support to resolve challenges and achieve results.
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to identify innovative solutions and overcome obstacles.


Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead.
  • Knowledge and experience in Robotics and AI/ML software development preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead technical programs in a product company environment.
  • Strong analytical, program management, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to work effectively across different teams within the organization.
