- 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the supply chain industry.
- Strong experience in needs assessment, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience with instructional design.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Develop and implement a learning and development strategy for the warehouse team.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify the learning needs of the warehouse team.
- Develop and deliver training programs on a variety of supply chain topics, including safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain a strong learning culture within the department.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development and incorporate them into the department's training programs.
