Customer Support / Customer Service / CSR
WEEKLY PAY / IMMEDIATE START
As a Customer Service Representative you'll primarily be responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This position involves some data entry and problem solving.
- Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes
- Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
- Standard clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm

What We Are Looking For
- Related experience in a similar position
- Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Team-oriented, shows initiative
- Strong sense of drive and creativity
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory
- High School graduate, some college courses preferred
