Position Summary
The Facilities Specialist will work with the Facilities Team providing facility support to Vensure, and Division Partner owned and leased properties. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our buildings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with facility users and escalating complaints to the appropriate leadership team.
- Manage inventory and stock kitchen supplies to ensure availability and organization.
- Manage vending machines, Costa and Coke machines, maintaining inventory of products.
- Inspect properties and arrange for repairs, ordering new materials as required.
- Log and report the completion of repairs, escalating major repairs to the Facilities Leadership Team.
- Perform small repairs/maintenance as needed.
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning tasks such as unclogging toilets and disinfecting common areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Run errands as needed to support the building's operations.
- Assist with the event set up and take down to ensure smooth execution and organization.
- Regular attendance at the assigned work location for our corporate office locations is an essential job function. For team members who are in or near Chandler, AZ and Duluth, GA offices, this is an in-office position. The Facilities' presence is required due to the number of employees within these offices, the need for employee support, and to troubleshoot building issues in the moment.
- Ensure office cleanliness, by monitoring and communicating with janitorial staff.
- Restock restrooms throughout the day to maintain hygiene and availability of supplies.
- Performs other duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the Department.

- Must have good computer skills including word processing, data entry and spreadsheet management.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Preferred experience in repair and construction.
- Preferred experience in contract management.
- Proficient in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.
