- Act as a liaison between departments and IT, ensuring smooth EHR operations.
- Configure and maintain EHR systems.
- Participate in quality projects and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows.
- Generate reports, analyze issues, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure alignment with best practices and resolve complex system problems.
- Train staff on EHR systems and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Ensure EHR meets clinical, safety, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA compliance.
