Bookkeeper/Office Manager
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager is primarily responsible for daily financial operations of the company handling all accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice entry, vendor reconciliation, resolving account discrepancies, monthly close and reporting, credit card administration ensuring extraordinary customer service internally and externally, and other duties as required
Job Responsibilities
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Accurately maintain accounting records and performs all related accounting functions
in Quickbooks accounting and Fishbowl Inventory software
- Monitors accounts and maintains account balances
- Reviews and entry purchase orders and/or other related documentation for completion
- Posting of all invoices for their assigned location(s) and vendor statements and general ledger reconciliation
- Corresponds with vendors and customers as needed to resolve discrepancies regarding payment of accounts.
- Performs month-end duties and meet other accounting calendar deadlines on a monthly basis
- Provides backup to other positions in AP and AR when required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines

Education And Experience
- Must have at least five years of related accounts payable and account analysis experience using Quickbooks
- Some college a plus or equivalent work experience necessary

Compensation
$42,500/ year for start for the first 90 days. After 90 days we are giving adjustment for your pay. If you are 100% perfect for to tasks care of these tasks, we will continue at $46,800
