What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipyard Supervisor position at Venture Dynamics?
We are looking for a supervisor and a lead man who can oversee and coordinate a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, including timesheets and managing cleaning supplies. The pay will be between $15.00-$19.50hr.
- Must have cleaning experience in any industrial setting industry
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to monitor employee performance and have the ability to address performance issues
- Must be able to be on time and present daily
Must be physically able to get around inside a 800ft ship
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Shipyard experience 1 year (Preferred)
- Supervisor experience 1 year

Expected hours:40 per week
Schedule:
- 10hr shift
- 12hr shift
- Weekend as needed
