Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Scientist to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will provide extensive support to the Program Manager. Support consists of creating a fully resolvable and extensile computational simulation to forecast the behavior of an E. coli bacterium in various conditions and the future design and implementation of computational simulations to predict essential aspects of virus behavior and prospective infection events. Work Location: On-Site Arlington VA.
Required Experience:
- Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills
- Background in computational biology with an interest in physical virology
- Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Biology or related field in systems biology, computational biology, and/or biomedical engineering.
- Secret Clearance
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience supporting DARPA programs
