Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for the restaurant and entertainment industries. This role is key to driving revenue across all Food & Beverage properties, products, and related opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the F&B industry, with expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern (GA & CO), Notes Eatery, and two exciting new restaurant openings.

The successful candidate will possess strong skills in content creation, email marketing, social media management, and digital advertising. They will also demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate across departments to drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and boost sales.

As a central player in our marketing efforts, you'll be responsible for promoting special events, restaurant offerings, and enhancing overall brand awareness across multiple locations. What You Are Accountable For:

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, manage, and deploy compelling email campaigns for Bourbon Brothers GA & CO, Notes Eatery, Roth's, and Brohan's.
  • Segment and manage email databases, ensuring personalized, effective communication that resonates with targeted audiences.
  • Analyze and optimize email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to continually improve results.
  • Collaborate with teams to grow email lists and enhance engagement, maximizing campaign impact.
  • Build and send weekly newsletters for all restaurants.

Content Coordination & Creation:

  • Oversee the creation and management of content calendars for email newsletters, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Write, design, and execute weekly newsletters for Bourbon Brothers GA & CO and Notes Eatery.
  • Manage website updates for Bourbon Brothers GA & CO and Notes Eatery via Squarespace.
  • Monitor and update in restaurant screen promotions on a daily basis.
  • Partner with the creative and events teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

Social Media & Digital Advertising:

  • Lead social media strategy and daily management for Bourbon Brothers GA & CO and Notes Eatery, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience interaction.
  • Develop and execute paid digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and occasionally Google Ads to increase visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging print and digital ad materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Promote special events, restaurant promotions, and venue offerings through digital and social channels to drive foot traffic.

Event Promotion & Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Events to market private and special events across Bourbon Brothers GA & CO, The Halls, Notes Eatery, Roth’s, and Brohan’s.
  • Support in-venue and online promotions, including coordinating giveaways, special offers, and event communications.
  • Work closely with restaurant and bar managers to brainstorm new drink specials, menu items, and event promotions.
  • Assist in event logistics, including event setup, photography, and creating marketing materials that support event success.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Gather and analyze performance data for campaigns, providing detailed reports on audience engagement, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts and ensure continuous improvement.

Partnership Management & Community Engagement:

  • Work closely with restaurant managers and teams to ideate and execute private events, promotions, and new menu offerings that align with brand goals.
  • Partner with the Director of Events to promote private events.
  • Support initiatives that enhance audience engagement and foster a strong relationship with our fan base through targeted communications and special offers.

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, email marketing, or content coordination.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hubspot) or CRM tools.
  • Experience with creating structured marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and content creation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an understanding of engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media and SEO best practices.
  • Experience in F&B industry required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a proactive self-starter and problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Develop and execute unique F&B experiences across all properties, such as Bourbon Tastings and special evnts.
  • Partner with the F&B teams to create and promote special packages, menu items, and drink offerings aligned with concerts, holidays, and other key events.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with the F&B operations team by leading regular meetings, attending concerts, and supporting private events.
  • Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends for event coordination, content creation, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work in-office and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Travel to various restaurant locations as needed to capture content for social media and other marketing campaigns.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, walk, balance, reach with hands and arms, use fingers and wrists, and talk and hear.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
