Each Office Administrator is supervised administratively by the Developmental Programs Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Manage the arrival and dismissal process for both programs to include answering the phones and alerting staff of late arrivals and early dismissals.
- Take attendance for staff and clients.
- Update Central Reach sessions based on client attendance.
- Assist with the set up for sessions to include charging ipads, printing materials and organizing the classroom.
- Organize the materials as needed.
- Ensure staff and clients are engaged and safe at all times by completing classroom checks and monthly audits.
- Neutrally and quickly implement safety, evacuation, and emergency protocols as needed.
- May provide designated professional and quality individualized ABA services at all times as directed by the Clinical Supervisor. Clients should be in a safe and positive environment at all times.
- Accurately document billed services, including keeping records of session dates and times, description of services provided, and additional documentation as assigned.
- Attend training and 1:1 meetings with Operations Coordinator.
- Comply with BACB guidelines at all times.
- Provide additional administrative support as requested by the Operations Coordinator or Director.
