The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, including hiring and managing a team, strategizing about the project's financial viability, staying on top of timelines, and assessing risks. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled professional with excellent administrative skills, a high degree of integrity and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing daily construction schedule.
- Promoting an environment that encourages open communication between the company and the project team.
- Coordinate with outside subcontractors.
- Communicate with executives on any changes in schedule or financial picture.
- Report on cost overruns, budget variances, and schedule delays.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
