Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Health Coach to join our team. As a Health Coach, you will work closely with patients to provide guidance and support in achieving their health and wellness goals. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by helping them adopt healthy habits and improve their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with patients to assess their health needs and develop personalized care plans
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire and empower patients to make positive lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with patients to set realistic goals and track progress over time
- Provide ongoing support and accountability to help patients stay motivated and overcome obstacles
- Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in health coaching to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques
- Ability to create personalized care plans based on individual patient needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
