Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for cash receipts, resolving outstanding payment issues, collection calls, and customer credit inquiries.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
Essential Functions
- Set up new customer accounts in CDK system.
- Process credit card payments.
- Post payments to appropriate accounts.
- Process in-house credit applications.
- Follow up with internal staff on account status.
- Complete credit inquiries sent from vendors.
- Upload tax exempt certificates.
Non-Essential Functions
- Scan and attach documents in CDK system.
- Traffic demo equipment in CDK system.
- Sort daily mail.
- Answer incoming calls per a phone schedule.
- Send out monthly A/R statements.
- Maintain driver time sheets.
- Update spreadsheets.
- Provide A/R notes to CFO when requested.
- Clean up A/R accounts as needed.
- Run various reports weekly and monthly.
- Create Department of Transportation truck books.
- Approve PO requests in Aribia.
- Back up other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalency required.
- 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills is required.
- Experience with ERP systems such as CDK/Intellidealer is preferred.
- Ability to data input and download items from various online systems is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
- Proven time management skills, flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to set priorities on your own is required.
- Proven ability to pay attention to details is required.
- Must be willing to submit and pass a Background Check, Drug Screen & MVR
