We are a rural church situated on 115 acres in the Town of Vermont (20 minutes west of Madison). We have approximately 300 members with one service (including Sunday school and confirmation) per week. We have multiple ministries and a very active volunteer network within the church extending ourselves to the surrounding communities. The Operations Coordinator will support our various ministries occurring throughout the month. This position is 20-30 hours per week. The person hired for the job can help set the hours and we can be flexible. This person would produce key forms of communication (weekly bulletin and announcements, monthly newsletter, etc.) as well as maintain the website (WordPress experience a plus). Other functions would include assisting the pastor and team leaders with projects and helping to organize holidays and festivals put on by the church. Social media skills are a plus!
