Position Summary / Purpose
Support multiple Project Managers and their teams in creating high levels of customer satisfaction by establishing collaborative relationships among the project teams and constituent groups, resolving issues with customers and promoting the concept of integrated systems.
Assist in the coordination, scheduling and facilitation of the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and incoming calls.
- Support, schedule and coordinate estimates for Project Managers.
- Accurately process Operations paperwork.
- Assemble emergency services estimates to Project Managers.
- Confirm, secure, and process client payments for current and overdue receivables.
- Identify and remove barriers to successful completion of projects, this includes gathering pertinent information about each loss or project that A&J is involved in.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls to customers.
- Interfacing with Project Managers for accurate and timely collection of project data.
- Serve as a liaison with external vendor representatives, insurance adjusters, project managers and customers.
- Complete and track contracts and estimates.
- Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers.
- Assist in maintaining project work schedules and files.
- Track estimate updates, change orders, and supplements to deliver to all parties involved in loss/project.
- Monitor compliance tasks and collect production daily site reports.
- Facilitate customer warranty and satisfaction surveys.
- Possess the knowledge and understanding of Third Party Administrator (TPA) programs
