- Maintain and service pool facilities, ensuring cleanliness and proper operation\n
- Perform groundskeeping tasks to keep the property well-maintained\n
- Oversee cabana maintenance, including repairs and upkeep\n
- Handle light plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains\n
- Execute minor electrical repairs and maintenance\n
- Work independently to manage and complete assigned tasks efficiently\n Facility Maintenance Technician Job Requirements : \n\n
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including pool, groundskeeping, plumbing, and electrical work\n
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively\n
- Familiarity with using hand and power tools\n
