Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000 Commission
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a proven, proactive and performance driven Relationship Manager for our A1 Prime Accounts, working daily with our largest agency customers (A1 Prime Segment). The Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting the management of all A1 Prime client deliverables for one or more accounts. They are responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by meeting all relationship, communication, project and governance goals set by the client and Vertafore. The role demands leveraging working relationships across A1 Prime account teams, company and A1 Prime Customers.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
- Expand Vertafore’s positive relationship with Vertafore’s largest customers by:
- Coordinating and managing the client governance plan and cadence
- Coordinating the client communication plan and cadence
- Managing day-to-day sales and operational items as they arise by understanding the issue, creating accountability within Vertafore and the client, and driving the items to resolution across multiple teams and organizations
- Understanding and resolving account and billing concerns
- Retain existing revenue through building and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Establish collaborative relationships with the customer’s operational and technical VPs and Directors
- Expeditiously and effectively resolve customer concerns and strategic objectives
- Engage with Vertafore senior leadership and internal teams to quickly resolve customer account items
- Regularly perform against individual quarterly activity targets tied to specific relationship objectives
- Deliver support and insight to the content of the of A1 Prime Account Plans and Pursuits
