We are looking for an experienced IT Business System Analyst to join our team and support dealer and vehicle data systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive OEMs, dealer sales, and ordering processes. This role involves UAT test development, project tracking, and integration support with third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement UAT test cases, standards, and reporting
✔ Provide production support for dealer and vehicle data systems
✔ Manage change request requirements and project tracking
✔ Support integration for third-party vendors
✔ Participate in enhancement release meetings and materials
✔ Assist in dealer feedback integration for planning efforts
✔ Work with Dealer Business Solutions and GM IT Managers to coordinate projects
✔ Oversee testing for data services in the Dealer Vendor Management Program (DVMP)
✔ Validate IT deployments in business operations
Required Experience:
🔹 5 years experience working with vehicle and dealer data systems
🔹 Strong experience in automotive OEMs and dealership sales/ordering
🔹 Ability to quickly ramp up on new assignments
🔹 Expertise in web services and IT-related processes
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies & project management
🔹 Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL (SOLR)
Skills & Competencies:
✅ Technical Writing & Documentation
✅ Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities
✅ Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and vehicle ordering processes
✅ Familiarity with General Motors products, brands, and dealer networks
✅ Expertise in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Aha!, and SharePoint
✅ Proficiency in SOAP UI, XML, JSON, and SOAP
