Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Must be local to Mason, OH - Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in a week)

Admin or Manager-Level HR:

- Day to Day HR (Employee Assistance)

- Experience w/ basic performance mgt

- Policy interpretation

- Support administrative HR tasks (recruiting, Q&A, working w. mid-level managers on questions/issues)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Support administrative HR tasks: 2 years (Required)
• Performance Management: 2 years (Required)
