Position: Operations Specialist
Daily Activities:
- Onboarding New Sales Representatives: Admin tasks such as setting up new reps' emails, QuickBooks, online training logins, and other platform logins. You'll also upload new reps' leads by zip code into our CRM and create their Territory Analysis reports.
- Terminations: Efficiently manage the termination process for outgoing sales representatives.
- CRM Management: Oversee and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Territory Analysis Reports: Create and manage detailed territory analysis reports to optimize sales strategies.
- Reporting System Management: Handle our reporting system to provide insightful data and analytics.
- Customer Support Overflow: Assist with customer support tasks to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Requirements:
- Extremely Reliable and Punctual: Your dependability is crucial to our team's success.
- Proficient with Excel & Using Macros: Advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Passion for Fundraising: A genuine interest in helping groups, teams, and youth organizations raise money.
