Job Overview: IT Help Desk Analyst
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Level 1 technical support to end-users regarding the use of computers, networks, and related hardware and software. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests.
- On and off boarding support, customer service, trouble shooting and ability to work with a high volume of calls.
- Develop help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for end users.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring computer workstation performance.
Required Skill:
- Basic IT skills, ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation, customer service, experience working in a team-oriented & collaborative environment.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Team player, who will ask for help when needed.
- Employment history in the IT field and who can provide the end-user with a good experience.
