In this role, you will be the driving force behind Vessel’s capital-raising and joint venture efforts, ensuring we have the resources to continue reshaping the multifamily housing landscape.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with third-party investors who are looking to add newly constructed, high-performance multifamily housing to their portfolios
- Foster connections with national developers and private equity partners, ensuring alignment with Vessel’s growth objectives
- Strategically grow our base of institutional relationships by targeting new opportunities in real estate private equity and institutional development
- Work closely with Vessel’s development, finance, and executive leadership teams to ensure investor goals align with operational strategies
- Serve as a compelling advocate for our mission, communicating how our approach delivers exceptional outcomes for both investors and communities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 7 years of experience raising capital for institutional real estate private equity funds, with a proven ability to deliver results
- Established relationships within the real estate private equity and/or institutional development community
- Deep knowledge of the multifamily housing sector and a strong understanding of market dynamics, investor expectations, and capital structures
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, relationship management, and deal structuring for joint ventures and capital raises
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly articulating complex strategies to diverse stakeholders
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
