Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Support Coordinator to assist with daily operations in our shop. This role is crucial in handling administrative tasks, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors, customers, and internal staff. Currently a part time position, with potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage DMV paperwork for vehicle sales.
- Assist with ordering parts and equipment, working closely with vendors and manufacturers.
- Provide support to the sales team, helping with quotes, orders, and customer inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Communicate effectively with the owner, sales team, and mechanics to keep operations running smoothly.
- Reach out to manufacturers for product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Utilize computer software for data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Possibly travel weekly or biweekly to an additional office location in Check, VA (Floyd County) as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs (Microsoft Office, invoicing software, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel weekly or biweekly to a secondary office location.
- Experience with DMV paperwork (preferred but not required; training available).
- Previous experience in administrative, sales support, or invoicing roles is a plus.
