Duration: 6 months of Contract possible conversion into Fulltime

Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days Onsite/ 2 days remote, per week

Job Description:

Client is in search of a talented Technical Recruiter to be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting life cycle in support of our growing Engineering and Product teams. As a highly valued partner to the business areas supported, this role is responsible for providing a consultative recruiting approach to senior management, hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

This role will be expected to work with a high degree of self-direction and time management acumen to leverage the most appropriate and cost-effective tools and resources. This work will be conducted both through personal execution and will assume a strategic and proactive approach towards aligning future hiring requirements with the identification of potential candidates on a pipeline and opportunistic basis.

The Recruiter will have accountability for the identification and assessment of top talent, the “high touch” service for a positive and memorable candidate experience for all talent, and the development and delivery of offers to finalists, ensuring acceptance and closure. This critical focus on assessment and closure of top talent will require an ongoing and detailed sensitivity to candidate motivations, along with the timely communication of any concerns to the requisite stakeholders.

You Will:

• Serve as a credible and valuable resource to leadership; conduct needs analysis, define recruiting strategy and drive consistent execution.
• Develop networks internally and externally to ensure a strong pipeline of potential candidates; maintain contact and communications with top talent as warranted.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to assess and identify recruiting priorities within the various functions supported, providing timely updates and reports around progress and key issues.
• Drive process and communication to develop position requirements and candidate qualifications aligned to the business requirements; provide accurate and insightful candidate assessments and evaluations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and implement those strategies while meeting service level agreements with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Provide recruiting expertise around the use of social networks, tools and resources.
• Effectively track, monitor and report ongoing recruiting activities through the disciplined use of the Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiting); ensure data integrity for metrics/reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a technology recruiting environment.
• Prior experience in both corporate recruiting and retained/contingency search firms is attractive.
• Experience in insurance and/or financial services preferred but not required.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is highly required with current familiarity with Workday Recruiting as a strong preference.
