REQUIREMENT DETAILS
Job Title: Construction Sourcing & Procurement Coordinator- Ariba Experience
Location: Johnston, RI- Onsite
Pay Rate: $31.52/hr on W2
Duration: 6-month contract with Possible extension
Hours: EST 8-5pm
Details:
- Property/retail management with a focus on general construction and refresh projects
- Involvement in RFX events for general construction services/facilities
- Collaboration with project managers
- Ariba experience is a plus
Duties:
- Creating scope of work and master agreements
- Working with procurement and sourcing (sourcing experience preferred)
- Administrative tasks and communication with business colleagues and vendors
- Working on scopes of work and master agreements
Interview Details: Video interviews
Prefer candidates in Rhode Island (4 days), open to remote
Training:
- there is general training for Ariba
- Collaboration with sourcing partners
- Potential extension into 2026
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $31.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
