What You Will Do
Supervise and lead a team of Cycle Count Analysts in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
Develop and implement cycle count schedules to ensure timely and accurate inventory verification.
Analyze inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the team to develop and execute corrective action plans.
Maintain comprehensive records of cycle count activities, results, and adjustments for reporting purposes.
Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures across the organization.
Train and mentor team members on inventory management best practices and methodologies.
Work with cross-functional teams to address inventory issues and improve overall inventory accuracy.
Utilize inventory management software to monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle counting processes and inventory accuracy.
Prepare and present performance reports, including inventory accuracy metrics and improvement recommendations, to senior management.

Excellent analytical skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
