Key Responsibilities :
Conduct sales calls in person, over the phone, and via email
Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, direct mail, and networking
Manage selling activities to drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Work with customers to resolve problems and provide solutions
Stay informed about competitor activity, pricing, and tactics, and communicate insights to the team
