The Role
The Account Delivery Manager is responsible for the execution and delivery of data and analytics services to veterinary associations, manufacturers, and distributors, as well as the relationship with the customer from a product and operational point of view. This includes amongst other things, meeting with customers to understand their needs, translating customer requests into deliverables for the data analyst and engineering teams, collaborating with the cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the end product, and providing ongoing support to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen our partnerships.
The successful candidate should be passionate about animal health and the veterinary industry, understands the products and services offered in veterinary practices, and is able to interpret transactional data from veterinary PIMS into insights. The candidate should be analytical as well as tactical. Importantly, this role will look for synergies and opportunities to collaborate across the Vetsource family of companies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Support sales to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations

Communicates objectives across teams and manages the objectives to completion

Consults with customers on Vetsuccess capabilities

Consults with data analysts on deliverables and ensures accuracy of the metrics

Ensure that each phase of a product's creation runs smoothly and all departments are on the same page

Drives product delivery and prioritization of multiple projects

Understands and documents customer requirements

Manages ongoing communications and expectations with the customer

Identifies opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and driving incremental business
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 5 years veterinary industry experience

Analytical, with a passion for data

Experience working with veterinary groups and manufacturers

Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
