Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level IVR/Genesys Developer to support internal systems and workflows. This role requires a local candidate to work on-site three days a week from Newark, New Jersey. The successful candidate will join a dynamic IT team responsible for enhancing internal infrastructure, supporting ongoing projects, and working with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth operations and customizations.

Responsibilities -

Design and development of Genesys pure engage

Genesys cloud-based IVR Call flow, routing application development

Experience in various contact center platforms and Java-based applications

Engage in the end-to-end requirement gathering process with the client for design sign-off.

Design and develop IVR flows in Genesys Cloud Architect.

Develop architect applications and integrate them with third-party solutions.

Develop, design, and integrate third-party APIs with Genesys products has context menu

Required Skills

10 years of experience in IVR Design and Development (Genesys) and Custom Application Development

Genesys Certified Developer

Genesys Certified Specialist

Genesys Certified Professional

AWS Cloud Practitioner
