Position Purpose
This position primarily administers the Commercial Lending Origination System, ensuring its seamless operation, security, and functionality. Additionally, it provides administration for other critical software applications within the organization, including SharePoint, and Docusign, The primary purpose of this role is to maintain these essential systems, enabling our team to deliver exceptional service to our members.
Essential Duties
- Perform system updates to nCino platform according to release schedule
- Perform intermittent application testing of new nCino releases and internal organizational changes.
- Perform system maintenance to nCino configuration to include application configuration such as creating validation rules, workflow rules, and approval processes for form generation templates and credit memo templates.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Vibe team members
- Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems to serve as a technical solution strategist for nCino.
- Implement and maintain the loan lifecycle and CRM applications on the nCino platform.
- Assist with the data maintenance including auditing and diagnosing data integrity issues and completing bulk imports of data for nCino.
- Design and develop innovative solutions using out-of-the-box features of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Forms.
- Apply the security, permissions and access to managed platforms and related
- Perform day-to-day administration, support and monitoring of managed systems and related services.
- Work closely with Vibe team to understand and identify business requirements, design prototypes, and develop solutions.
- Keep abreast of latest updates and trends in all supported platforms and services
- Collaborate with team management and make key recommendations to the future direction of all supported platforms and services.
- Provide administration to DocuSign that includes configuration, integration, testing, template maintenance, solution delivery and support staff with usage and
- Identify and diagnose end user problems and provide support to supported applications and collaborate with other IT staff as required.
- Establish best practices related to managed systems and share them with internal team members and campus partners.
Education/Experience
- High School graduate; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology to include CRM administration, SharePoint administration, Integrated Office 365 applications
