Exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our growing New Mexico team.
Responsible for increasing new patient growth/volume through existing and non- existing referral sources including relationship-building with Independent physician offices, medical groups, hospital systems, case management, discharge nursing, specialty, third party admin, provider professionals and local payer groups in the New Mexico Territory (Albuquerque and Los Lunas)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to create networks, track referral trends, identify and overcome internal and external obstacles
- Develop and leverage new referral source relationships focusing on increased referrals
- Must have the ability to identify changing referral patterns and adjust market efforts accordingly
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to prioritize initiatives, maximize profitability and increase referral volume
- Perform to quarterly matrix of staff visits, physician visits and educational lunch and learns
- Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships both internally and externally on all levels and provide feedback to management
- Assist in the coordination of marketing activities in a local market area under the direction of the VP of Business Development
- Foster a positive and favorable image of the company through activities in the Healthcare community and act as a liaison between clinics and the community
- Record business development activities, analyze data, produce business development reports
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Must be willing to call on referral sources throughout the New Mexico Area (Albuquerque and Los Lunas)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
