Retail Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring inventory control, and leading a team to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling and shift management.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy with cash registers and POS systems.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to maintain stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Develop and manage budgets to optimize store profitability.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong skills in budgeting, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Experience with wireless sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers.
• Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
