Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Spa Assistant who will provide excellent customer service to clients while also managing the inventory for the spa. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients as they arrive and ensure a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
- Assist clients with booking appointments, answering queries, and providing information about spa services and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and relaxation spaces.
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and products are available.
- Assist spa therapists and other staff members during treatments, as needed.
- Monitor spa inventory levels, ensuring that products and supplies are consistently stocked and available for daily operations.
- Track inventory usage, perform regular stock checks, and identify low stock items.
- Place orders for new stock as required, ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory storage area, ensuring all products are correctly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking product deliveries, checking for accuracy and condition.
- Work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure that inventory levels align with business needs and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or retail setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to lift and move products or supplies as needed.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences.
