Your Responsibilities:

As part of the Marketing team, you will actively contribute to the development and optimization of our email campaigns using Klaviyo. Your main tasks will include:

• Designing and implementing impactful email campaigns that reflect our brand’s identity.
• Managing audience segmentation and setting up automated workflows in Klaviyo.
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to improve engagement and results.
• Conducting A/B tests to optimize content, layout, and targeting strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with Klaviyo features and industry trends to ensure best practices.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about email marketing and CRM, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You have:

• Previous experience or strong familiarity with Klaviyo.
• Previous experience in fashion industry, beauty industry will be a most.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• An analytical approach to performance metrics and data interpretation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
