We are seeking a Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our team, with a focus on Saturday availability and some Sundays. The ideal candidate will have proven commissionable sales experience, with the potential for growth and additional hours. Social media experience is a bonus. Bridal sales experience is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation and Styling:Conduct one-on-one consultations with brides to understand their style preferences and wedding vision.
Assist brides in selecting bridal gowns, accessories, and other relevant attire.
Sales and Commission:Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
Utilize proven sales techniques to drive revenue and maximize commission opportunities.
Enhance the customer experience to generate positive reviews and referrals.
Scheduling and Availability:Work 10-15 hours per week, with a focus on Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and the ability to take on additional hours as needed.
Room for Growth:Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and increased responsibilities.
Showcase a strong work ethic and dedication to personal and team success.
Social Media Engagement:Leverage social media platforms to showcase bridal trends, new arrivals, and engage with potential customers.
Contribute to the development of social media content and campaigns.
Qualifications:Proven commissionable sales experience, with a track record of success.
Bridal sales experience is a bonus.
Weekend availability is required, with some flexibility for occasional Sundays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Social media experience is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
