VideoAmp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Sales professional with deep expertise in ad tech, Video planning, and measurement. This role will focus on driving revenue growth and adoption of VideoAmp's product suite and data solutions within our key accounts and advertising partners.
Responsibilities
This position pays between $160,000 - $185,000 50% Targeted Commissions Equity Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales go-to-market plan to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Create and implement customized client engagement plans that deliver measurable value and results.
- Develop and deliver internal training and curriculum to enhance the VideoAmp revenue team's market presence and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
- 7 years of hands-on experience in the media, measurement, and enterprise software sales or sales engineering / solution development, with a particular focus in advertising or ad tech industry, specifically within the realms of linear TV, CTV, and digital media.
- A consistent and proven track record of success in selling or building ad tech or enterprise video and data-driven solutions for major advertisers and key industry players.
- A deep and comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the advertising ecosystem, encompassing a strong grasp of video and programmatic buying strategies, measurement methodologies, and attribution models.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering thought leadership and case studies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to drive successful client outcomes.
- Ability to stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the advertising and ad tech space.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to delivering measurable value to clients.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
This position pays between $160,000 - $185,000 50% Targeted Commissions Equity Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
