Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in account management. You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies that enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage warehouse operations.
  • Utilize software to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
  • Assist the General Manager in daily tasks.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese, but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Proficiency in sales software is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
