The Role:
As our Launch Success Manager, you’ll guide new customers through setup and help them feel confident from day one. You’ll lead virtual onboarding calls, configure user access and alerts, and make sure each team knows how to get the most out of our system.
You’ll be the calm, knowledgeable presence that ensures no detail gets missed during the rollout process.
What You’ll Do:
- Run remote onboarding sessions via Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Set up user roles, permissions, alert logic, and key workflows
- Answer questions and resolve setup-related issues quickly and clearly
- Coordinate with Sales and Support to ensure seamless transitions
- Contribute to internal onboarding tools, templates, and best practices
What You Bring:
- Experience in software onboarding, implementation, or customer training
- Clear communication and strong virtual presence
- Highly organized—you can manage multiple customer accounts at once
- Ability to simplify steps and coach users at any technical level
- On-site availability in Tempe
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with alert-based systems or notification tools
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or support tools
- Experience in the construction industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
