Position Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that supports our business goals, enhances brand awareness, and engages target audiences. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a full-scale social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create and manage high-quality, engaging content across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Highlight and feature employees, customers, and company milestones through interviews, spotlights, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights.
- Manage social media calendar and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, platform changes, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and competitive.
- Lead or support paid social media advertising campaigns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably within a tech or startup environment.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past successes, content examples, and campaign outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of platform-specific algorithms, audience behavior, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in employee and customer storytelling, employer branding, or internal/external comms is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and visual.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Experience with influencer or brand partnerships.
- Background in PR or content marketing.
