As a Full-Time Staff Accountant at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, managing the dynamic environment of Armada. Your role will include analyzing monthly financials to provide insights that drive efficiency. You'll adeptly handle sending out statements and processing crucial orders, sales invoices, AP invoices, and cash receipts while maintaining fixed assets for VCC, VB, and FC.
You'll take charge of preparing and processing vital quarterly and annual filings, including IFTA, 2290, UCR Registration, and various tax obligations. Reconciling bank statements and assisting the Assistant Controller and CFO in account analysis will be integral to your contributions. Additionally, you will process CMS invoices weekly, track essential metrics, and compile information for sales tax filings in MN and WI, including refund submissions.
