Duties

- Manage supplier relationships to foster collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor inventory levels using MRP systems to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to forecast material needs based on production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations in all procurement activities.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management practices.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contract terms.
- Proficient in using MRP software for inventory management and production planning.
