VillageCare is seeking a motivated individual for our Member Experience Coordinator role. This dynamic position is responsible for any data, research and special projects assigned by the Member Services Department.
In this role you will support the Member Services Department with compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information according to source data for computer entry. You will support Data entry related to Enrollment, Retention, Claims, Grievance, Member Services, Member Outreach and Education.
We would like to speak to those who bring a degree in a related field along with 2 years of experience in a health care environment, knowledge of insurance or managed care products and procedures. Industry knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid will be vital to this role. Must be bilingual - seeking Spanish speaking candidates.
