JOB TITLE: Outside B2B Commercial Flooring Sales Professional
Job Overview: We have an immediate ground floor opportunity for an energetic OUTSIDE COMMERCIAL FLOORING SALES PROFESSIONAL who is driven to capitalize on the tremendous potential in our new market in and around central Florida . Our ideal candidate is a proven B2B outside sales professional who has a track record of closing new business.
Qualifications:
- Prior prospecting experience and success in closing new business in a field-based sales role is required.
- Flooring product and/or industry knowledge is required.
- 2 years Prior commercial project / Trade sales experience is required.
- Highly energetic with a strong flooring product knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to close new business.
- Coachable, with the willingness and ability to internalize instructions and take actionable steps to better serve our customers and grow the business.
- Strong individual contributor who also thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment but also has a strong ability to function independently
- Positively persistent customer focus - strives to partner with customers and add value to the relationship.
- Strong time management skills, with an excellent ability to prioritize, organize, follow up and follow through.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs and/or Google Sheets.
- A clean driving record, your own reliable transportation, and the ability to travel daily in your vehicle to various customer sites are essential
Duties:
- Sustaining a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting.
- Demonstrating products and services to potential new customers, and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Promptly address customer concerns.
- Setting and achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
- Performing job site inspections.
Location: (On the Road) Port Saint Lucie County, Indian River County, Martin County, Volusia county, Flagler County, Orange County, Pinellas County, Pasco County, Hillsborough County, Florida
Compensation: Uncapped Commission 35% of Gross Profit (This is a Commission based job.)
