Department: Silver Mountain Lodge
Job Title: Lodge Front Desk Agent
Workdays/Hours: 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm, and 4pm - midnight
Classification: Hourly, non-exempt
Job Description: Responsible for checking guests into their condo and other guest services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking guests in
- Answer internal/External calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation.
- Closing down hot tubs at night.
- Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed.
- Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities.
- Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager.
- Such other appropriate duties as may be required.
Requirements
Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check, criminal background check.
Education and/or Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner.
- Knowledge of Springer Miller software preferable, but not required.
Performance Skills:
- People pleasing attitude.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle guest complaints.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
