Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our offerings. You will handle a variety of communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering timely and accurate support.
Additionally, you will serve as the administrative assistant. In this role you will support the Administrator and department heads with updates and inputs regarding analytics, documentation and process improvements. This role facilitates the ongoing efforts to improve the functionality and effectiveness of each department's near and far term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer the best support.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Capable of utilizing tools and software to enhance digitization of documents
