Here’s what you need to be considered for the position:
- Experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with case management software, preferably for immigration cases
- High accuracy with details and a positive attitude
- Fluent Spanish speaking/writing
Your job scope will involve representing families by:
- Completing immigration forms
- Writing support letters, declarations, and attorney cover letters
- Communicating with clients
- Invoicing clients
- Office administrative and clerical tasks
