Job Description
The Client is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with a deep understanding of Azure technologies.
This role is essential for the development, management, and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards, integrated with Azure services like Data lake, Synapse Analytics, and Data Bricks.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in DAX, Python, Synapse notebooks, and Spark languages contributing to effective data management and reporting solutions that support the SCA's objectives.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to :
- Build effective and visually pleasing dashboards / reports to represent the story to answer those business questions with the help of data.
- Analyze data and present information through informative visuals and reports to aid decision-making.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and work with the data team to resolve them.
- Collaborate with various departments within the SCA to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in BI technologies to continually improve the organization's data intelligence capabilities.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for the SCA staff, enhancing their Power BI skills and promoting a data-driven culture.
- Provide technical assistance and training to Power BI users within the SCA, promoting effective use of BI tools.
- Apply best practices through the development lifecycle.
- Participate in developing BI strategies and roadmaps, incorporating AI and machine learning techniques to align with the SCA's objectives.
Skills :
Education or Certification : Bachelor degree from a 4 year college or equivalent work experience.
