Vincent Tool builds custom injection mold bases for a wide range of industry sectors. The mold base plates are machined onsite and require CNC grinding throughout the machining process before the plates are assembled and the mold base is shipped. The grinding department is responsible for keeping the machining process in motion so jobs can be completed on time.
CNC Grinder Operators should have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop and be on their feet for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail is necessary. The position is 44-48 hours weekly with flexible shift times and includes a 30 minute paid lunch.
Injection mold building and/or CNC grinding are a plus but not required. If you have manufacturing experience and a mechanical aptitude this could be a great fit for you! We will fully train the right person so apply now!
CNC Grinder Operator Essential Functions
· Run CNC grinders efficiently (1-5 simultaneously)
· Ensure the plates adhere to allowed tolerances
· Manual machining tasks, saws, mill and lathe as needed
· Light duty maintenance in your work area
· Additional tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 – 48 per week
